About Bubblegum Casting.

Bubblegum was established by Jacki Jenkinson in 1981.  Bubblegum grew rapidly to become the leading children's Agency in Melbourne. Today with 29 years of experience, a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the area of child talent and a genuine love of kids, Bubblegum is still recognized as the leading Boutique Children's only Agency in Melbourne.    It is our policy to take on only a limited number of children from any culture, any religion and covering a diversified range of capabilities, abilities and skills.  

We are proud to advice that we now have a Sister Company - BEYOND ACTORS  - www.beyondactors.com.au - which caters for talented Adults and is run by my partner, Joanna Jacobs who is passionate about the Industry and is a Drama Teacher.

Bubblegum's main Office is located in Melbourne and run Joanna Jacobs - 0411 063 625.  Interviews are conducted in East Malvern and some on the Peninsula.

Jacki was on the Inaugural Committee of the Victorian Children's Agents' Association Inc.  This Association began in September 1985.  She was elected Vice-President in 1988 and elected President in September 1990.  She was President for 13 years and is currently Vice-President.

The V.C.A.A. was established for the purposes of providing a forum for discussion and resolution of problems common to the junior sector of the industry, to promote the welfare of children and to maintain high professional standards of pay and conditions.  Further information on the V.C.A.A can be found at www.vcaa.com.au
