Bubblegum Casting is the longest running talent agency, we manage babies, children and teens across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We work with some of Australia’s leading brands, televisions shows and film properties. 

Our marketing team needs ongoing video support for Instagram, Facebook and of course YouTube. 

We’re looking for an expert video producer who understands the YouTube, vlogging and can switch from Q+A type video to behind the scenes documentary style footage in the blink of an eye. The ideal candidate will need to be proactive, well organised, and passionate about online video.

The main skills we are looking for is CREATIVITY, COMMUNICATION and ATTENTION TO DETAIL. If you’re amazing at coming up with strange or unique ideas for online video. We want to speak to you!

This position is initially full time for 3 months, with an extension guaranteed if the person is the right fit for us. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing production of shoots
  • Developing engaging creative for 
  • Liaising with talent and helping to produce showreel type content
  • Scheduling and optimising social content (YouTube, Facebook and Instagram)
  • Community outreach and development
  • Understanding of analytics and how to adapt content based on them
  • Video editing
  • Shooting video
  • Frequent interstate travel
  • Copywriting

Qualifications and Skills

  • Solid understanding of YouTube and social media – You will need to show experience of this.
  • Excellent communicator – the ability to manage internal relationships
  • Expert problem solver – we all know shoots never go as planned!
  • Managing all production of video shoots (from ideas and approvals through to talent and content filmed on the day of the shoot)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and Photoshop are essential, After Effects is a plus)
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Stills photography experience would be a huge bonus too.
