ESSENTIALS MEMBERSHIP – $725 (inc GST)
1. ACCESS, SET UP & MEMBERSHIP TO SYNGENCY & CASTING NETWORKS
Casting Networks is the leading entertainment platform; helping actors and casting professionals to connect. It is a critical casting tool for the entertainment industry. Casting Networks is used by Casting Directors, Directors and Producers domestically and internationally. They will often refer to this casting system before approaching individual agencies. Bubblegum Casting has an enterprise membership and is listed as a preferred agency to the most influential Casting Directors in Australia. Being part of the Bubblegum family will open you up to opportunities you would not see with many other agents.
Syngency is a portal that has innovated the way Bubblegum Casting responds to client briefs. The third party portal facilitates a quick turnaround of briefs and ensures we are successful in providing high calibre submissions in record time – giving you the best chance possible of being considered by those who matter!
In the Essentials Package, Bubblegum Casting will set up your account with both Casting Networks and Syngency. You will be given a login and will be required to enter all of your details including: contacts, measurements, skills & attributes etc. We will provide documentation to assist with taking measurements and updating your details in our Knowledge Base.
2. PHOTOGRAPHY: HEADSHOTS
The Essentials package also includes a professional headshot photography shoot. The shoot will include the option for 1 outfit with a possible jacket change. The actual shoot will take approximately 15 minutes. In addition to this, a graphic designer will edit 1 headshot for inclusion on Casting Networks and an additional 4 or 5 shots for inclusion on Syngency. We also provide your shots at no extra charge via digital download for you to keep.
3. EMAIL & SMS ALERTS
Unlike many of our competitors, our innovative operational processes ensure you will receive an email alert every time you are put forward for a job. This gives you complete transparency on the jobs we submit you for. In addition to email alerts, we also provide automatic SMS alerts for anyone that books an audition or casting – allowing you to be on standby to respond quickly if we get last minute calls for auditions or self tapes and giving you the best opportunity to succeed. Just make sure you add us to your VIP list so that our emails don’t go to spam!
4. DIGITAL HANDBOOK & ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGE BASE
Bubblegum will provide you with a digital Information Handbook and access to our online Knowledge Base that will give you comprehensive information, guides, step-by-step instructions and videos on everything you will need to succeed in the world of acting and modelling.
5. DISCOUNTED WORKSHOPS
When there is enough demand, we run workshops regularly. If you are interested in attending a modelling or acting workshop, stay updated on them via our website, social media, and emails we send. For members, there’s a 20% discount.
OPTIONAL EXTRA – $295 (inc GST)
As an optional extra, we can provide you with a mini-folio in place of the essential photography package. The mini–folio includes styling, additional time with the photographer, 3 outfit changes and 12-15 edited digital images which we will provide to you via digital download to keep. This optional extra is a great alternative for talent wishing to start building a strong portfolio for acting or modelling. We do not mark up our external costs for the mini-folio and directly pass on the $295 we are charged.
