Announcing Our New Adult Division – Hunter Talent

The last year has been a pretty hectic one for everyone involved with Bubblegum, our kids talent agency.

We’ve enjoyed one of our busiest periods ever with hundreds of briefs coming into our offices each and every month, with our talents landing jobs on kids and teen casting auditions!

We held some great open casting events that were really fun to be a part of (thanks to everyone who came along to those!)

And to top it all off, we redesigned our website and it’s now looking much more like the online home the agency deserves.

But throughout the year, one thing kept cropping up again and again – our clients wanted us to help them find reliable adult talent

Our reputation for finding the brightest young talent in the country has led many of our clients to believe that we can do the same for adult actors and models. And to be perfectly honest, we agree.

So they asked and in true Bubblegum fashion, we’ve delivered. And, we’ve booked some SERIOUS work for our adults.

Today, we’d like to announce the official launch of Hunter Talent, Bubblegum’s sister agency representing actors, models, creatives, and influencers over the age of 18.

Before you ask, Hunter Talent will in no way affect the daily running of Bubblegum. It’s an entirely new and separate agency, and so for the kids we represent, everything will continue as normal.

There will, of course, be times when both agencies can help each other out with briefs, but other than those occasions, Hunter Talent and Bubblegum Casting will run independently.

So why are we telling you about this?

Well, the truth is we’re proud as punch that we’re branching out into new territory, and we just wanted to share the good news.

So if any mums, dads, uncles, aunts, grandparents, or even friends of the family are interested in acting or modelling work, you know who to call.

Just remember that we’re going to be highly selective about who we work with just like we are here at Bubblegum. What we’re saying here is that we’ll only represent people who are genuinely interested in making their name in the industry.

However, we’re not discounting those of you who’d like to do some acting or modelling work every now and then.

That’s why we set up our new Facebook group Talent Shoutout

In Talent Shoutout we help our clients (and other agencies) find the right people for those hard-to-fill roles.

You don’t need to join the agency to join the group as these are once-off roles that we’re helping fill.

And if you or your child is currently a member of the agency, then you can rest assured, we’ve already put you forward for any suitable roles before we post them in the group. As we said, the group is for hard-to-fill roles that may not suit our current talent.

Once again, we’d like to thank everyone who came along to our open casting events this year. And to all the kids on our books, a very heartfelt thank you.

Without your amazing work for Bubblegum, we never would have built the reputation we have.

And it’s thanks to that reputation that Hunter Talent was born.

Here’s to another great year for everyone involved with both Bubblegum and Hunter.

WANT TO BE A CHILD
ACTOR OR MODEL?

At Bubblegum, we represent some of Australia’s brightest young stars, but even so, we’re always on the lookout for fresh new faces and talent.

If your child is aged anywhere from 3 months to 18 years of age, and you think they might have what it takes to shine in front of a camera or on stage, then we want to hear from you.

We’ll set up a quick informal chat where we’ll get a feel for your child’s suitability for working in the industry.

The lucky kids that make it onto our books benefit from in-house workshops and coaching sessions to help them brush up on their skills. They’ll also get great advice and tips from the Bubblegum team, some of whom have worked as child models and actors themselves! We’ll even arrange a portfolio shoot with our in-house photographer.

We want all the kids on our books to have their chance to shine and if that means working twice as hard to make it happen, then that’s what we’ll do!
