Everything You Need to Know Before You Book
Although your child will gain invaluable experience by working with photographers and talent agents at the editorial shoot, they will not be guaranteed a place at Bubblegum Casting. We receive over 16,000 applicants a year and accept less than 10% of those who apply.
However, if one of the agents working with your child on the day recognises potential and feels they are a good fit for the agency, your child may get a tap on the shoulder with an offer to join the Bubblegum family.
Dress to impress! Please try and pick colours which complement the complexion of your child. We also recommend bringing an extra set of clothes to quickly change your look if needed. If you are unsure about what to wear, please bring a couple of options and we will assist you.
There will be a hair & makeup artist on set on the day, so please come with a clean face and clean and dry hair!
What not to wear:
- No logos or large brand labels
- No strapless tops
- No midriff showing
- No stripes
- No white or grey
- No fake nails, chipped nail polish or fake tan
Bringing extended family or friends to the photo shoot is not advised. 1 or 2 parents/guardians is enough. Anyone else and your child and the staff will be distracted from their work.

Once we have received your application, we’ll let you know when our next open casting event will take place in your city. Bear in mind that we only accept applications from children who are not signed up with another agency.
