Does require a credit check to open a payment plan?

No, does not require any credit checks.

What is the minimum payment plan?

All orders over $725 qualify for a payment plan.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Your first instalment is always 20% of the the total order value, and also acts as a non-refundable deposit.

Do I need to create a account to open a payment plan?

Yes. Since we need to save a payment method to process future payments for your payment plan, you will need to create an account to secure this information.

Will I be charged interest through the payment plan?

No, the only additional fees you will be charged is if a late payment is made.

What payment methods does accept? accepts all major credit and debit cards.

What do I do if I forget my password?

You can reset your password by clicking forgot password on the login page. Please be sure to check your spam folder.

Where can I view my plans?

You can log in at to view your plans.

What is the customer agreement contract?

The customer agreement is the legally-binding agreement between you and Bubblegum Casting. Customers are required to click a checkbox acknowledging agreement with terms of the payment and also signing a digital signature in order to complete the checkout, submit the down payment and initiate the payment plan.

My payment method was lost, stolen or cancelled. How can I add a new payment method?

To update the payment method, please log into your account and click the ‘Payment Methods’ option on the menu at the top of the page and add a new payment method. Be sure to click ‘Use for all Payment Plans’ under ‘Usage’ to make it the default card.

What do I do if my payment failed?

If one of your payments failed, please visit the customer portal for more information and to see the date of the rescheduled payment.

If there was an issue with your payment method, you can update or add a new payment method in the payment method section. Please see the Adding and updating payment methods support article for more information.

Can I change my payment schedule?

No, you will be unable to change your payment schedule.

What happens if I miss a payment or if it is late?

When a customer payment fails, automatically reschedules the payment 48 hours later. If three consecutive payments fail, the payment plan will go into default, scheduled payments will not process, and the payment plan will be canceled. When a plan goes into default, it may be re-opened by the customer or a employee.

Can I cancel my payment plan after it has been opened?

You will need to directly contact Bubblegum Casting or Hunter Talent. Bubblegum Casting and Hunter Talent have a 3 day cooling off period after receipt of the signed agreement. If talent requires a refund within this time, the agency will retain 10% of the amount to be paid under the agreement. Following the 3 day cooling off period, refunds will not be processed.

What can be purchased with Zip?

Bubblegum Casting offers Zippay on any purchase. So, you can pay for your Membership Fees including your headshots and portals using Zippay or go for gold and add on a portfolio shoot.

What is Zip?

Zip includes both Zip Pay and Zip Money. Zip Pay is a reusable account of up to $1000 that lets you shop now and pay later. Zip Money is for life’s bigger buys of over $1000. How does Zip work?

How do I apply for Zip?

What is the application process for a Zip account?

Zip Pay only requires you to provide some pieces of personal information, to verify your mobile phone and to connect to a Facebook, PayPal or LinkedIn account in your own name.

Zip Money has more steps to complete as the credit limit is significantly higher, however, should only take you 3 minutes. In addition for what the would ask for a Zip Pay account, Zip will need you to provide your residential and employment status, as well as your income and other resources to comfortably meet the loan repayment. As part of the application they will also ask you for your transaction history via your online bank account, a step which is now commonly used in Australia to verify the information you provided.

Important: As this is an application for a line of credit, Zip may perform a credit check as part of the sign up process. Please ensure that all personal information you provide is accurate and your own, false information will result in your application being unsuccessful.

Once you submit the application, Zip will provide you with a decision as soon as possible.

How do I activate my Zip account?

Your account will be activated once:

  • You have entered your secure SMS code
  • You have linked a payment method to your account
  • Your account is approved
  • You have accepted the contract and T&Cs

How do repayments work?

Zip give you one account for all of your purchases, with only one repayment schedule to manage! The minimum monthly repayment is $40 (or less if your balance is less). Choose from weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments to suit your lifestyle.

What are the fees and charges to use Zip?

Zip Pay purchases are interest free, always. Zip Money is interest free if you pay off your purchases within the interest free period. Standard interest rate of 0.0% applies after the interest free period. The $6.00 monthly account fee is waived if you pay your balance by the due date. If there’s nothing owing on your account, there’s nothing to pay and no fees. Please note, Bubblegum Casting will impose a 10% surcharge at checkout.

Is Zip safe and secure?

Keeping your personal data safe and secure is Zip’s top priority. They do this in a few different ways:

  • Employ industry-standard and bank-level SSL encryption, as well as a world-class firewall service to protect your data
  • They don’t require you to enter your credit card number or other sensitive information at checkout
  • They perform fraud checks to ensure your safety
  • They use 2-factor authentication on all purchases

Does Zip send out payment statements?

Zip will send you a statement each month, which you can also access at any time in your Digital Wallet. Your statement provides a summary of all your Zip Pay transactions from that month.

In your statement, you’ll find information on:

  • Your Opening balance: The total amount you owe at the start of the statement period
  • Your Closing balance: The total amount you owe at the end of the statement period
  • Payment due date: The date you need to make the minimum monthly payment by
  • Minimum payment: The minimum amount per month you need to pay before your payment due date. If you do not pay this amount you will fall into arrears.
  • Fees: Any fees that have been applied to your account, including your monthly account fees, late fees etc.

For Zip Money accounts you will also find:

  • Interest free balance: The portion of your outstanding balance that is interest-free
  • Standard annual percentage rate: The interest rate that applies after your interest-free period ends (this will depend on the retailer you purchased from)
  • Fees: Any fees that have been applied to your account, including interest, dishonour fees etc.

Sign into your Zip account to:

  • change your repayment schedule,
  • view your available funds,
  • increase your repayment, or
  • make a one-off payment to bring your account balance down faster. Just remember, a one-off payment will not replace or stop your scheduled monthly payment.

If you have no outstanding balance at the end of the month, Zip will wave the $6 account keeping fee being applied to your account.
