Located at Petersham, our Sydney studio is easily accessible by public transport and surrounded by iconic locations.
Terms & Conditions (Summary)
- By invitation only and open to individuals aged 18+.
- Invitation spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A $99 non-refundable commitment fee secures your photoshoot.
- Fee covers the photoshoot experience only; images sold separately at your Reveal Session.
- Bookings confirmed upon payment and form submission.
- Early booking is recommended to secure preferred dates.
- Includes a $100 credit towards image packages purchased at your Reveal Session.
- Credit valid only at that session; cannot be exchanged, transferred, or applied to other offers.
- Missed or cancelled Reveal Sessions forfeit the credit.
- Complimentary bonuses apply only to bookings made by 11:59 pm, 23 Nov 2025.
- Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- Hunter Talent VIP Invitation based on POP! Photography’s assessment of image quality and suitability; invitations are limited and not guaranteed for all participants.

- POP! Photography will submit your folio to partner publications within 60 days of final delivery.

- Cancellations > 72 hrs before session (outside cooling-off) → credit to rebook.
- Cancellations ≤ 72 hrs or no-shows → fee forfeited.
- Medical certificates may be considered for credit at POP!’s discretion.
- Private Online Reveal Session scheduled separately to view and purchase images.
- Folios edited and delivered via secure digital gallery.
- Full or partial payment required at Reveal Session; AfterPay, Split Invoice, or Digital Lay-By available.
- Can only be claimed during your Reveal Session after viewing your initial gallery.
- To qualify, inform our team that you do not love at least three (3) images from your shoot.
- You’ll receive a complimentary reshoot scheduled for a new date, with a fresh gallery of images.
- Once claimed, your original gallery will be permanently closed — you cannot view or purchase from it again.
- The reshoot follows the same session format (length, inclusions, folio structure).
- The Guarantee may be claimed only once per client.
- Not valid if you fail to attend your scheduled shoot or Reveal Session.
